CHARCOAL CHICKEN Pollo A La Brasa

This is my first time trying Peruvian cuisine,I got the arroz con pollo and a side of black beans and side of plantains. The chicken and rice was seasoned well and was of good portion and also came with seasoned sliced onions which I liked very much and two sauces. The beans were seasoned good but a little dry and the plantains were sweet and coked well. I will come back here again to try their other dishes

The food is amazing and service is great. My favorite is the charcoal chicken and the arroz chaufa. That rice is so flavorable and you have to add the yellow sauce as well. Amazing!!

Had some chicken with my wife and we both agreed that it was the best Peruvian chicken we’ve had since visiting Peru. I can’t vouch for the rest of the food since I haven’t tried it yet but chicken was super fresh, juicy, and most importantly authentic! My only issue with the place is that they ran out of salsa blanca , so I only got 2 cups for our whole chicken. Gotta have three at a minimum! Not a big issue but definitely will be going back soon.

Got a large work lunch order from here. Food was ready at time stated. Alex was very kind and polite behind the counter. Homemade yellow sauce is legit. Definitely a crowd favorite to accompany the chicken. Salads were fresh and the onions crunchy. Yuca fries were great and not greasy at all, plantains had a wonderful crust and were very good and every order was correct. As for the charcoal chicken, it was awesome, couldn’t get over how flavorful the skin was without being overwhelming. Will definitely be returning but unless you just want a sample taste, I’d recommend bypassing the quarter and going straight for a half.

Having lived in the Buffalo area I consider myself a bit of a snob when it comes to wings. This place has hands down the best chicken wings in the area. I cannot vouch for any other menu items because this is all I ordered. They are just crispy enough - large and meaty without being slimy and buried in a pool of sauce like other spots around here. I had 6 Carolina tangy and 6 BBQ. Delicious grill flavor - my new favorite wings in VB.

I wanted something different but good. I just happen to be on google looking for food places near me and I was tired of fried chicken and not a fan of sauces and I'm so picky I went through several restaurant pages even ones I been to before. After looking at these pictures I said let me give this one a try, and I was not disappointed the chicken was seasoned to perfection. I love the sides that come with it and the vinaigrette with the cilantro because I use a lot of that in my cooking at home. Than to top it off the drink I got a passion fruit cocktail it was so good. Great service to match!!

Wonderful restaurant that has a homie feel to it, lots of decor that you expect at your family's house. Food came out fresh, hot and tasty. We had C2 1/2 chicken with Yuca fries and Lentils with a side of Fried rice, and 1/4 chicken with French fries and fried rice.

Best Peruvian Restaurant in the 757! Clean, good prices, great customer service. You will not be disappointed. Lunch specials Monday thru Friday. 5 stars here wish I could give more. If you haven't been here please come.
